Samuel M. Silver has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1977; his practice is limited to real estate, social security disability issues and elder law with emphasis on probate and guardianship concerns. He is a member of the Real Property, Trusts, and Elder Law Sections of The Florida Bar. Mr. Silver is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He obtained his juris doctorate degree from Nova University in 1977 after having received his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

Mr. Silver is a frequent guest lecturer on topics relating to estate planning.

Mr. Silver is an avid reader of non-fiction and fiction, has successfully completed three (3) half marathons and enjoys a friendly round of golf when time permits. Mr. Silver is also proud of his volunteer work to the community including the hosting of a weekly radio program on the local National Public Radio station channeled to sight-impaired listeners.
